Saladin Publishing is dedicated to defending the faith, whether it is against the attack of false cults such as the Wahhabiyyah or attacks made against the holy Prophet [sal allahu alayhi wasallam], Qur’an or any other aspect of Islam. This is our mission statement. Defending the faith however consists of much effort and time, and also incurs costs. At times the lack of finance hinders much needed work and many good ideas efforts go to waste. Saladin Publishing not only wishes to offer translations of much needed Sunni Aqeedah texts, refutation of cultists, Muslim “apologetics” [the Greek word for defending the faith] and other educational ventures, but wishes to advance in social media and make top quality professional websites, videos etc.
Please do consider that Wahhabis spend billions of pounds on da’wah materials, books, videos, TV channels, masjids, colleges. The Jews and Christians also spend bilions of pounds on media and other resources to defame the Prophet and religion of Islam. No matter the odds, whether people choose to donate of not, it is the life mission of Saladin Publishing to defend the faith by whatever means we have. I dearly thank you for holding on. I just want this book to be for all the right reasons. I have had to revise my niyyah and the work and the approach. I want the book to please Allah and be a source of my forgiveness, and not a source of my punishment. What is the projected release date of this book?

The 2nd Edition of Lum’at ul-I’tiqaad is due laylat ul-Qadr inshaAllah to mark a year since it’s first edition. There are added footnotes with improved text and translation after an abundance of much needed feedback. Ther has also been a commentary of Usul us-Sunnah added [by way of footnotes] and furthermore an extra appendix dealing with the misguided groups and a refutation to their anthropomorphism.
The Wahhabi Threat on the other hand is doing very well, and I am currently in the process of referencing and corrections. When the book is more final, and is being proofread by my fellow students in deen, then I will announce a date. However, I do expect I will finish this project sometime in August insha’Allah, and with Allah is every success.
Ok, al hamdu lillaah! I am looking forward to it; I am currently waiting on Lum’atul I’tiqaad now, and I also ordered “A Word of Advice.”
